The 56 condos on building A and various facilities of Bangtao Tropical Residence will be completed by late 2009. Maintenance fee is 50 Baht per square meters per month. This fee will cover property taxes, 24-hour security, building maintenance and repair, pool maintenance and repair, landscaping, a contribution towards a reserve fund, the salaries of a full-time grounds staff, and management of the property.     

Sinking fund 500 Baht per square meters will be collected in a one time basis to which will be used for any unforeseen even tualities together with periodic repairs outside the operating budget e.g. repainting of theexternal walls of the apartment blocks, pool pump replacement, etc.  Condo fees in future years will be determined by a budget set by the Home Owner’s Committee.

Yes. Our first residential building A containing 56 condos has at least completed unit A 101 Deluxe Pool Unit in October 2007. At present this condo unit functions as our model condo. The model displays the high quality finish work and contemporary tropical furnishing package each Bangtao Tropical Residence condo will offer.
