Resort by Bangtao Tropical Residence Resort & Spa appeal to people who realize that their life is controlled by the clock, and that they need to get off the speedway of life and take a break. Over worked and over stressed. Our guests need to "Get Away" from their normal routine and enjoy a vacation in paradise at an island tempo. They don't need 24 hours room service, and they don't need marble clad, gold plated bathrooms to achieve it. What they need is a simple environment conducive to showing down the pace of their life. The philosophy and the positioning of the resorts may not even be obvious to some guests, and they are certainly not forced on forced on anyone. Ideal for couples, our single bed rooms have all the facilities of a double deluxe minus one bedroom. Private, luxurious and spacious with fully fitted western kitchen, large en-suite bathrooms with his 'n' hers basins and a balcony that you could hold a party on. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary Asian style and feel enormous inside and out. Each room features large plasma TV's and imported corner sofas, perfect for a relaxed night in. These are our second most popular rooms in the property and as such early booking is advised for these.

Our double deluxe rooms feature two en-suite bedrooms, huge balconies and as with all our rooms, plenty of interior space. A fully fitted western style kitchen with breakfast bar and a large fridge to store those cool drinks you'll be having on the enormous terrace. The lifestyle in Phuket is very much outdoors, be it just relaxing after a hard day on the beach, or a romantic dinner, our exterior space is plenty big enough. Naturally if you don't fancy cooking for yourselves you can simply order room service from our restaurant. However the kitchen comes into it's own for families with kids who can and often are, fussy eaters.

Term & Conditions

Security deposit (Kitchen facilities)
Please inform that our hotel has the full kitchen facilities in the suite. To use the cooking facilities the guest must inform the reception, then pay the security deposit 5,000 THB by cash or credit card which is refundable on the day of departure.

Booking Policy
Receipt of a 40% deposit for the specified room type we will send you a written confirmation. The remaining balance of 60% must be paid one month before arrival in Phuket for check-in to Bangtao Tropical Residence. If we do not receive the balance on time we retains the right to cancel the booking and resell the spaces. In case of early check out, no refunds will be given. Our policy does not permit sub-letting.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be acknowledged if received in writing, by fax (+66 76 318 444) or by email(reservation@bangtaotropicalresidence.com). We will not accept cancellations by telephone.

   - Cancellation received 45 Days prior of arrival: 100% Deposit will be returned less bank fee.
   - Cancellation received less than 45 Days prior of arrival: 60% Deposit will be returned less bank fee.
   - Cancellation received less than 20 Days prior of arrival: We charge in full amount with no refund.

Payment can be wired directly onto our bank account, or Credit card.

Check-in/ Check–out Policy
Check - in time 2:00 PM; Check - out time before 12:00 noon.
